Wales Flag

The Welsh flag is divided into two horizontal halves. The top half of the flag is white and the bottom half of the flag is green. Taking up a majority of the flag is a red dragon. The Welsh flag is commonly referred to as 'Y Ddraig Goch' which means 'red dragon'. The original meaning of the flag has been lost of the centuries. It has been claimed that the Welsh flag is the oldest flag in the world still being used. The dragon has been rumored to represent ancient warriors.
